The foundations of SDI Group were laid nearly 49 years ago in Türkiye with the establishment of Daglargida, founded by the Dag family. Starting with salt production and wholesale food distribution, the company expanded over time and built a strong commercial network across the Middle East, working with more than 500 companies and distributing tens of thousands of products.
Today, SDI Group operates three production lines, producing over 20 million non-alcoholic beverages annually and selling more than 7 million bottles of alcoholic beverages each year. With decades of experience in both production and distribution, the group has become one of the respected and established companies in the food and beverage sector.
Since 1999, the group has been providing warehousing, logistics and forwarding services to 41 countries with a capacity of 27,800 m² of indoor and 11,200 m² of outdoor storage. Over the years, the company has carried out more than 20,000 logistics operations in the Middle East for global brands such as Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Brown-Forman, Heineken, Miller and Corona, gaining extensive experience in transportation models including point-to-point logistics, cross-loading, bulk container handling and cold chain transport
Within the scope of its Bulk Business operations, the group has long been engaged in the international trade of agricultural commodities such as legumes, soybean oil and sugar, sourced from countries including Brazil, Canada, Kazakhstan and the United States. Shipments ranging from 1,000 tons to Panamax vessels of up to 40,000 tons are supplied to markets such as Türkiye, Georgia, Saudi Arabia and Morocco, including products used for food production and animal feed
Through Dağ İnşaat, the group has completed 625 residential units, 6 factories, 4 A-plus commercial retail stores and 28 office units over more than twenty years of experience in the construction sector, primarily in Mersin and in various regions across Türkiye. The group also owns two hotel buildings that are currently inactive and planned to be redeveloped as future investments in the tourism sector.
