Within the beverage sector, SDI Group is especially recognized for its whisky operations in Scotland and wine brands and trade in France. The group currently owns 7 brands and has collaborated with more than 500 brands over the years, while maintaining active commercial partnerships with 241 brands today.
Several corporate structures support the group’s international operations. Among them, International Spirits Limited Company, based in the United Kingdom, plays a leading role. In addition, 2 companies manage regional operations in different parts of the world, while 3 companies in Türkiye support the group’s domestic activities.
Within the Turkish market, SDI Group has become one of the leading companies in the sales of Scotch Blue and Royal Lord whisky. The company currently employs a total of 96 people, both directly and indirectly.
The group also possesses a strong production infrastructure in the non-alcoholic beverage sector. With 2 production lines, SDI Group performs hot-fill and standard filling for glass bottle packaging, as well as carbonated beverage filling for canned packaging, reaching an annual production capacity of 14 million non-alcoholic beverages.
SDI Group has also developed a new business model that combines beverage culture with art and experience. Royal Circle Society, centered in Scotland and England, is an exclusive platform designed to bring together beverage culture, art, and design. Within this framework, the group continues its collaboration with internationally renowned artist and designer John Galvin.

The commercial journey of the Dağ Family began with the establishment of Dağlar Gıda Ltd., focusing on wholesale food trade in Türkiye.

The company expanded into international markets with the creation of Tur-Eks, initiating global alcohol export operations.

Rudina was established, further strengthening the group’s trading and commercial network.

The group entered the construction sector with the establishment of Dağ İnşaat Ltd., diversifying its business activities.

UMC Global Ltd. was established in Georgia to manage and expand the group’s alcohol distribution operations in the region.

International Spirits Ltd. was established in the United Kingdom to support the group’s global spirits operations and international expansion.

The concept of Royal Circle Society was introduced, aiming to combine alcohol culture with art, cultural experiences, and tourism, while also expanding the HO-RE-CA ecosystem into private homes through exclusive hospitality concepts.
